Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pakistan Bikers. These Terms & Conditions govern all
motorcycle rentals, guided motorcycle tours, self-guided tours, and related services
provided by Pakistan Bikers. By renting a motorcycle or booking a tour with us, you
agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
- A 30% advance payment is required to confirm any motorcycle rental or tour booking.
- The remaining 70% balance must be paid before motorcycle collection or tour departure.
- Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from Pakistan Bikers.
- Payments can be made through bank transfer, online payment, cash, or any other approved payment method.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customer cancellation 60 days or more before departure: 70% refund.
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
- Pakistan Bikers may cancel due to weather, road closures, political unrest, natural disasters, government restrictions, mechanical issues beyond our control, or low participation. Customers will be offered rescheduling within 12 months or a credit voucher.
3. Rider Eligibility
- Riders must hold a valid motorcycle driving licence.
- Carry original CNIC or Passport.
- Meet the minimum legal riding age.
- Have adequate riding experience.
- Pakistan Bikers may refuse rental if a rider appears incapable of safely operating the motorcycle.
4. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the motorcycle model.
- The deposit will be refunded after inspection, subject to no damage, missing accessories, fines, or outstanding charges.
5. Motorcycle Usage
- The motorcycle must not be used for racing, stunts, illegal activities, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, sub-rented, or ridden outside Pakistan without written permission.
- Only the registered rider may operate the motorcycle.
6. Damage & Repairs
- The renter is responsible for accident damage, theft due to negligence, lost keys, broken accessories, and damage caused by misuse.
- Normal wear and tear remains Pakistan Bikers' responsibility.
- No unauthorized repairs are permitted.
7. Mechanical Breakdown
- Pakistan Bikers will provide technical assistance where possible and may offer a replacement motorcycle subject to availability.
8. Fuel & Traffic Violations
- Fuel costs during the rental are the rider's responsibility.
- All traffic fines, tolls, parking charges, and legal penalties remain the responsibility of the renter.
9. Guided Motorcycle Tours
- Participants must follow instructions from tour leaders and marshals.
- Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund.
10. Health & Fitness
- Participants confirm they are physically fit and will disclose any relevant medical conditions before departure.
11. Travel Documents
- Riders are responsible for carrying valid licences, CNIC/Passport, visas, NOCs, and permits where required.
12. Travel Insurance
- Comprehensive travel and motorcycle insurance is strongly recommended.
13. Liability
- Motorcycling involves inherent risks. Pakistan Bikers shall not be liable for injury, death, theft, loss, delays, mechanical failures, road conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental or tour.
14. Photography & Media
- Pakistan Bikers may use photographs and videos for marketing unless the customer opts out in writing before the tour.
15. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
16. Acceptance
- By confirming a booking, making payment, collecting a motorcycle, or participating in a tour, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.
Additional Provisions
- Late Return Policy: Additional rental charges may apply.
- Helmet & Riding Gear: Wearing an approved helmet is mandatory.
- Off-road Restrictions: Riding on unauthorized extreme off-road routes is prohibited unless approved.
- Accident Reporting: All accidents, thefts, or damage must be reported immediately.
